2023 Fire Hydrant Flushing Schedule

HYDRANT FLUSHING NOTICE

During the months of September and October, the Enon Water Works department will be flushing fire hydrants in the Village and West Enon Estates. As a result, some discoloration to the water may occur between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All customers of the Enon water works system are advised to check their water before doing laundry. Upon request, a special rust removing detergent will be made available to residents at no charge. For further information contact the Enon water works department at 937-864-7870. Thank you.

The following is a water department hydrant flushing schedule and is subject to change without notice.

September 5 – September 8 = Old Enon, Lincolnshire, Pleasant Valley Mobile Home Park, Start Indian Mound,

September 11 - September 15 = Finish Indian Mound, Augustus Plat

September 18 - September 22 = South Enon Estates, Kingswood Estates, Indian Valley Estates

September 25-September 29 = Timber Valley, Spring Lake, Willow Hills Estates, Start Houck Meadows

October 2 – October 6 = Finish Houck Meadows, West Enon Estates
