This letter is to inform you of a scheduled meeting of the Enon Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday evening, November 4, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street.
A letter has been submitted to the Board from Mr. Madden contractor for 131 N. Xenia Drive (rear). The property owners are Mr. & Mrs. John Roberds. They are requesting a thirty one foot variance for an addition to the Designs by Tonya Beauty Salon located in the rear of the property. Enon codified ordinance section 1161.01 states that a B1 (Business District 1) is required to have a rear yard setback of 40 feet.
