PUBLIC NOTICE for Board of Zoning Appeals

This letter is to inform you of a scheduled meeting of the Enon Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday evening, November 4, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street.
A letter has been submitted to the Board from Mr. Randy Smiley of 20 Koons Drive. The property owner is requesting a four foot variance for a detached accessory building in the rear of his property. Enon codified ordinance section 1167.04 (e) states “A detached accessory building shall be at least six feet from the side and/or rear lot lines”.
Any interested person or party is welcome to attend and be heard at this meeting.
