This Public Notice is to inform the citizens of the Enon Community of a scheduled meeting of the Enon Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday evening, August 19, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street.

A letter has been submitted to the Board from Jason Kiger, homeowner of 341 Green Vista Dr. Mr. Kiger is requesting a height variance of 2.8ft to a height of 16’ 8” and a Variance for a business within an accessory building. Enon codified ordinance section 1167.04 (d) states that a detached accessory building shall not exceed one story or 14ft in height in any “R”, “O”, or “B-1” District; two stories or 25ft in any other district. Enon Codified Ordinance 1154.13 (3) states No home occupation shall be conducted in any accessory building. Mr. Kiger would like to run his business from this detached building.
